Land and Marine Recruitment is committed to providing a consistently high-level service to all of our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, we would love you to provide us with some details regarding the matter. This will help us to improve our standards, which is something we are passionately dedicated to doing.
If you have a complaint, please contact our Director by phone in the first instance, so that we can endeavour to resolve your complaint informally and swiftly.
If you remain dissatisfied following this, please contact the same Director in writing.
